1. Services Provided 

Organic Paint Solutions offers professional painting and decorating services. Specific details of each service engagement, including scope and project addresses, will be provided in the individual service agreements and accompanying invoices.

2. Financial Terms

2.1 Costs and Payment Schedule: Costs are outlined in each project invoice, covering all labour, materials, and any other project-related charges.

2.2 Material Specifications: Standard industry paints are used unless otherwise requested. Please notify us via email for special material requests before invoice acceptance. Late changes may incur additional costs.

2.3 Payment Terms: Payment details are specified in each invoice. Payment delays may lead to service interruptions or additional fees.

2.4 Schedule Changes: Changes to scheduled start or completion dates need to be communicated in writing four business days in advance. Late changes are subject to a $400 daily fee.

3. Project Scheduling

Start and completion dates are outlined in each project’s invoice. Changes must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Disclaimers and Liabilities

We are not liable for issues stemming from pre-existing conditions or environmental factors that affect paint application and drying. Information on paint characteristics and potential defects is available through industry standards.

5. Completion and Acceptance

Completion is confirmed through a final walkthrough and client sign-off, ensuring satisfaction with the provided services.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are to be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.

7. Termination

Services may be terminated by either party in case of significant breach or non-payment, as outlined in written agreements.

8. Governing Law

Our services are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and relevant disputes will be adjudicated in this jurisdiction.

9. Entire Agreement

Service agreements reflect the full terms agreed upon by Organic Paint Solutions and the client, as detailed in the contract and invoice documentation.
